Stephanie graduates in June of 2010, and we were fortunate to shoot some amazing pictures of her this summer at Flatbed Park. From shots by the graffiti wall to shots in the creek, Stephanie looked like a star from start to finish. Some of her best images are posted on our GRADitude site, here is a slideshow of my favourite ones.
Megan was a trooper during her Hollywood Session, despite losing nearly a litre of blood to mosquitos. They were pretty nasty that evening, par for the course up here in the Peace Region. We took a bunch of photos down at Flatbed, then up at the Tumbler Ridge Golf Course viewpoint, where we thought there would be fewer bugs. Ha. But the sunset was lovely, as was Megan in her grad dress.
Leah is graduating in 2010. You may have seen her pictures on our GRADitude site, you may have seen her pictures in our GRADitude Demo Album, you may have seen them on her facebook site. She and her best friend did an amazing, fun and totally beautiful photo shoot in DC late this summer. Kaitlyn Ann is Graduating in 2010 and has already started off her year with an amazing two hour photo session, in multiple locations all over DC and what a sport! A couple weeks ago (on my birthday, even) I got to spend a few hours with Katie and Leah. They’re bestest friends, and kinda have that Galadriel/Arwen thing going. Kinda.

So when was the last time you were over at the Graditude site? Graditude, for those who don’t know, is our attempt to re-invent the humble graduation portrait in Northern BC—indeed in Canada in general—from the typical cap and gown “sit here, turn your head like this”, to something a little bit more creative. Yesterday’s photo of Megan is a sample of the type of photography we do: fun, eye catching and lots of vertical.
