Whoops. So much for a post a day. Just finishing up the Fundraiser viewing sessions today, then printing the next few days.

Back to Medicine Hat with this photo. We went down to behind city hall, where the road is currently closed to traffic for bridge repairs, and took a series of photos before she had to run off for a job interview.

39 groups. Two days. $800 raised for the Christmas Food Hamper Program. And about a billion great pictures of everyone ranging in age from eight and a half weeks to eight and a half decades. I’ve only just started processing, but here’s a couple teasers:

There was so much demand for the Fotos for Food Foodbank Fundraiser, that we added in a second day, and there is only one spot left that day, too. A big thank you to all the people who have signed up and who have pitched in to help. If you were hoping to join in the fun, better act now, because I don’t think that one spot will be around for very long at all.

Whew. And that is the end of that.

It’s like the Saw series; just when you think it is over, there’s another new one… Only one more after this. Promise.

The big photo at the top of this page has to be one of my favourite photos ever. It’s not exactly what one would call a photo that stretches my artistic limits, but there’s just something about the lighting, the expression and the eyes that makes me happy. Or maybe it’s just that she’s so gosh darn cute. Yeah, that’s probably what it is.
